Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and most arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00 and express shipping is $15.00.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Visit Track Your Order for more help.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Return and Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that have not shipped yet.
