Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• You must have your order number or proof of purchase.
• Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email us at thedecorhousee@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
