Shipping Policy
The Decor House currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Express shipping: $15.00

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email us at thedecorhousee@gmail.com and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will update it if the order has not shipped yet.
